Guard Dog gives agents one licensed contractor for the repairs standing between a Daniel Island listing and closing, whether the job comes from a CL-100 report, a signed repair addendum, an inspection finding, or a pre-listing punch list.

WOOD INFESTATION REPORT
Daniel Island's newer construction sees fewer CL-100 findings than older parts of the region, but they still happen. When one does, we assess the report and complete the repairs it calls for. Letter release requires quote approval, payment received, the CL-100 report on file, and Jeremiah's review. It covers our repairs only and does not replace the inspector's report.
